Hours: The Museum is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
The museum will be closed Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Tickets are available at the admission desk inside the museum.

Rise and Fall of Bethlehem Steel Tour & NMIH Value Package
Take a tour of the Hoover-Mason Trestle with one of Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites’ guides and discover the history and importance of Bethlehem Steel; its humble beginnings, its monumental growth, and its tragic decline.? The trestle offers the closest view you can get to the crucible of iron and steel making in America.? The one-hour walking tour features up close views of the former steel plant and treats guests to an in-depth look at the steel making process and the roles these workers played in our country’s history.

The value package includes the Rise and Fall of Bethlehem Steel walking tour and admission to the National Museum of Industrial History, as well as a complimentary screening of The Christmas City documentary one half hour before the tour, when available.? All tours leave from the Steelstacks Visitor Center at 711 East First Street across the parking lot from NMIH.

Tours run Friday through Sunday at 1pm.

Adult – $20 tour only; $27 for tour and admission to NMIH
Child – $12 tour only; $20 for tour and admission to NMIH

Special Discount Days:
Senior Days: Every first Wednesday of the month, half price tickets for all senior citizens age 65 and older.
Student Days: first Thursday of each month will feature half price tickets for students
Family Days:? every Sunday will feature family admission rates, with all children 12 and under accompanied by their parent/guardian receiving free entry.

Group Discounts:

Guided Tours:
Group guided tours are available for a $25 flat fee for a group of up to 20 people.? Off-hours group tours with a docent are available for a flat fee of $100 in addition to regular admission costs before the museum opens at 10am or after the museum closes at 5pm. If the group is larger than 20 people, additional docents are $25 per group. Group guided tours must be reserved ahead of time by contacting 610.694.6644 or emailing the Guest Service Manager at
